Privacy notice

Your data serves one purpose: getting back to you.

2. Which data we collect

• Contact form: name, company, email and the message you write.
• Assessment: name, company, email, role (optional), resulting profile and score. Your individual answers stay in your browser.
• Submission context: the page and language you write from, and the campaign or website that brought you here, if any. It helps us understand which communication led you to us.
• Visit statistics: aggregated, anonymous data (pages viewed, source, device type), collected without cookies and without identifying the person.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

• Replying to your request and sending you the assessment report: processing is necessary to act on a request that comes from you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Measuring how the website performs through aggregated statistics: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), with data that stays anonymous.

Newsletters or commercial communications are sent only with your separate, explicit consent, which the website does not currently ask for.

Providing your data is optional. Mandatory fields are the ones we need in order to reply.

4. Who helps us process it

We rely on selected providers that process data on our behalf as data processors:

• Formspree Inc. (United States): receives form data and forwards it to us by email.
• OVH S.a.s. (France): hosts our mailboxes.
• Register S.p.A. (Italy): hosts the website.
• Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia): cookie-free visit statistics, on servers in the European Union.

The website also loads typefaces from Google Fonts and some videos from the Vimeo player: to display them, these services receive your IP address.

For providers based in the United States, data is transferred with the safeguards set out in Art. 44 and following of the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

5. How long we keep it

We keep form data for 24 months from the last contact. If a contract follows, the retention periods required by law for accounting and tax documents apply.

6. Cookies

The website works without profiling cookies and without third-party advertising cookies. We store in your browser only your chosen language and the parameters of the campaign you arrived from: technical data that stays on your device.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in electronic format, or object to processing. Write to info@uzora.ai: we reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
